Two time slots available every Saturday:
10:00am -11:30am
12:00 – 1:30 PM
Maximum of 10 children (ages 4-10) per party 45 minutes of fun outdoors in the Village & 45 minutes of classroom use for presents or lunch
10 loot bags included 🎁

We are excited to share that in APRIL 2026, we are expanding our public drop-in program — giving you two chances each week to visit the Village:
Mondays from 4pm–7pm
Wednesdays from 11am–3pm
This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to explore the Village at your own pace. Bring your bikes, scooters, or rollerblades — just don’t forget your helmet!

Here are some frequently asked questions
Are we allowed to bring our Bike or Scooter for Drop-In Hours?
Yes! We welcome that. However, bikes and scooters or even rollerblades stay outside – they are not welcome in the classroom. Also, please bring your helmet.
How do I book a Birthday Party?
Please email director@csvbelleville.com to inquire about vacancy of birthday parties. A request for birthday party does not guarantee confirmation.
Why only two birthday parties per Saturday?
Great Question! Once we have more bookings and popularity grows we will expand our times.
What do the loot bags consist of?
The ten loot bags per party consist of stamps, stickers, and a mini car. They are great representation of Road Safety.
Is there parking?
Yes. Behind CSV in the old Police Station. Parking can also be utilized at various businesses near CSV.
Do the Parties or Drop-In Hours consist of pedal car use?
Unfortunately, no.
The pedal cars are kept for classroom bookings for Street Safety.
Cancellations for Birthday Parties?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in
advance to receive 50% of the deposit back.
What is included in the birthday parties?
First participants come into the classroom to go over housekeeping measures. Then party will go outside to explore, play and yes they can bring their bikes or scooters to the birthday party as well! Outside time will consist of 45 minutes of free play. Then the party will be inside for 45 minutes in the classroom. This will allow the birthday guests to have time for cake and presents. Total time is 90 minutes. The max of children allowed per birthday party is 10 with payment due 72 hours before set party.
What are the payment details for the Birthday Parties?
The full payment of $225 is due 2 days before the party date – failure to submit on time will result in cancellation. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. As well as a $50 deposit is required at time of booking to ensure the facility is cleaned and left in the same condition as it was provided. If cleaning standards are not met CSV reserves the right to retain the deposit. If standards are met the $50 will be given back.
Bathrooms?
Yes we have both a female and male bathroom. However, we do not have a change table.
